It's been a good couple of weeks for DEP with two 2016 championship titles in the bag. This time it was Steven Veniat to bring it home, winning the 125cc French championship on his DEP powered Yamaha.

Steve is a one to watch for the furture, seemingly one in a many line of qualify racers that France produce. It's also been a good month of racing for Serge Guidetty's Yamaha youngsters as they competed in the French Minivert 85cc championship.

10 year old Maxime Grau on his team GSM Yamaha currently lies second in the championship with a 2-2 / 1-19 / 2-2 / 3-3 score card after four rounds. While his 11 year old teammate Planques Gabin, who also competes in road racing when he's not on dirt, is currently ninth in the championship in his first year of national motocross racing.

It's not just the lads that have been going well for under Serge's guidance. The little Spanish pocket rocket Daniela Garcia has been showing that girls can rock too. Her results at the Minivert have been 1-1 / 1-1 / 1-1, and you don't get better than that!

Well done guys and gal, and congratulations Steve on taking the national 125cc championship, we love that......did we ever mention we love 2 strokes?!!
